About Lady GaGa
Lady Gaga released her most recent single, 'Marry The Night' on 28 November 2011.
The opening song from her number 1 album Born This Way, Marry The Night is produced by Fernando Garibay and has been hailed as “vicious electro” and “a pulverising piece of Wagnerian disco” by the Sunday Times Culture and the Independent on Sunday respectively. "I wrote so many songs on this new album about New York City, but one in particular 'Marry The Night', is about my husband, New York,” Lady Gaga recently told MTV. "It’s like Whitney, but imagine if Bruce Springsteen had a baby with Whitney Houston — that’s what it is. We made a baby. Finally. After all that fornication, miserably long and tedious, Fernando and I finally conceived."
Also 21 November, Lady Gaga will release a Blu-Ray & DVD copy of the critically acclaimed, Emmy Award winning HBO special Lady Gaga Presents The Monster Ball Tour at Madison Square Garden that includes exclusive, never before seen footage. The same day sees the release of the album Born This Way The Remix – a 14 track collection of remixes by some of today’s most prominent artists, DJs and producers, including Foster the People, Hurts and The Weeknd. The new products are available in a special package called Born This Way, The Collection, that will include the multi-platinum 17-track record Born This Way, the brand new Born This Way The Remix album and the Monster Ball Tour DVD. Meanwhile, the much anticipated Lady Gaga x Terry Richardson book will be released in the UK by Hodder and Stoughton the following day, 22 November.
