The first thing you might notice about Michael Bublé is that smile – the devilish choirboy grin now belongs to a man at the top of his game who unwraps his passions in intense musical colours.

Smiles and sorrows are all over Michael's new album called "Crazy Love" featuring a baker's dozen of MB originals as well as a thrilling selection of standards that show equal doses of confidence, vulnerability and artistic ambition. You can pretty much get a sweep of Michael's life from the songs he's chosen and written. The hopeful first single is his original "Haven't Met You Yet" that is practically a knock on the door for anybody harboring a longing for love. The other hook-laden Bublé original "Hold On," is his heart-felt paean to that rare higher love that survives even after the break-up smoke clears.

Michael Bublé’s “Crazy Love” was recorded to truly create an authentic sound. Nearly all of the songs were recorded right off the floor in the studio with the band and sometimes huge orchestra right by Michael’s side – allowing all sounds to bleed into one another. It's the way Elvis and even Louis Armstrong used to record. 

Besides a winning version of Van Morrison's extraordinary tune that Bublé used as the album title, MB breathes fresh life into such familiar tunes as "All of Me" and "Stardust.” He stirs the rushing waters with a defiant rendition of "Cry Me A River." He also pushes out his own stylistic borders with winning revision of the Eagles rocky lovelorn rocker "Heartache Tonight" along with the Motownish "Baby (You've Got What It Takes)" which he performs with Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings.
