'Adele will beat me to a BRIT Award!'

Olly Murs has revealed he considers Adele and Ed Sheeran his main competition in the race for the British Single prize at The 2012 BRIT Awards with MasterCard.

In an exclusive chat with The BRITs, the 'Heart Skips A Beat' singer told how he would bet on 'Someone Like You' or 'The A-Team' taking the prize at this year's award ceremony.

"If I was to put money on who I thought would be my main competitor in this category i'd probably say Adele," Olly told us. "But then Ed Sheeran has had a great year as well - with 'The A-Team' especially.

"I think Adele steals it for me because of the performance she did at last year's BRITs, what a fantastic year she's had and what an incredible song."

Olly also revealed that he was planning to share the BRITs trophy with collaborators Rizzle Kicks should their collaboration win the award.

"I would 100% share the BRIT Award with Rizzle Kicks," he added. "They're a massive part of the song and if I do end up walking up onto the stage to collect the award i'd love to collect it with the boys. That extra bit those boys gave to the song really made it, so we'll definitely share it."

Olly is nominated for British Single in the 2012 BRIT Awards and will be performing at the 21 February at the O2 in London.
