Laura Mvula to hold Masterclass at the British Music Experience

Over the last three years The British Music Experience has hosted a series of Masterclasses with BRIT School Alumni, BRIT Award Winners and Nominees - and ahead of BRITs 2014, Laura Mvula will take part in a Q&A at the national museum of popular music at The O2.

Mvula, who's been nominated for British Breakthrough Act and British Female Solo Artist, follows in the footsteps of Rudimental, Imogen Heap, Bashy and Emeli Sandé who have all previously run sessions.

Since graduating with a degree in composition at The Birmingham Conservatoire, she has made the journey from recording songs on her laptop at home to playing the Main stage at Glastonbury. She released her debut album Sing to the Moon last year and has quickly become one of the most impressive live acts in the country.

Her exclusive BRITs Masterclass will take place on Thursday, February 13 from 2pm at the British Music Experience. Tickets are free but you must register for a place by emailing: [email protected]
